Daddy had Eggs Ben Breakfast @ Coffee Bean and created something similar...
Daddy's version of Eggs Ben...!! Poached Egg over Honey-baked ham (daddy thinks Coffee Bean uses Turkey ham) over Toast (daddy couldn't find English Muffins)... topped with Hollandaise Sauce, and with fresh fruits by the side!
