Mommy @ Morning Walk
Mommy (& Daddy) recently joined the Saturday morning walk or jog group from our church. Held at 7:30am, people could choose to either walk or jog. Mommy & Daddy opted to walk. Last Saturday (10 September), the group walked over 6km...The Moving Songs...!!
Yes, we'll be moving soon...!! So, where will the Songs be...?? Check out the map (click on Map to enlarge) - Our current place is at "A", and our new place is at "B". . Daddy will now need about 2 minutes to get to work - down the elevator and cross the street! (This will only happen in July/August 2011 when the church renovation is done)
New Updates... FINALLY
It's been a long time since Daddy updated the blog, and I'm sure many of our friends and family are wondering what The Songs are up too. There are lots to update... but for now, here are some pictures from the recent Japan Trip. Daddy went on a Mission Trip to Japan (in Tokyo) while Ashley stayed with Yoko's sister (in Nagoya)... but Ashley did get to spend some time with Daddy on the last day of the trip when daddy came back to Nagoya to pick Ashley up before heading back to Singapore!

Distinction for Ashley's Piano Exam
Ashley was saying that she only got a merit in her last piano exam and wished she could get a distinction. Mommy & Daddy told her that she could if she practiced her pieces everyday. Well, Ashley DID get a distinction for her Grade 3 exams!! To celebrate Ashley's achievements, daddy and mother brought Ashley and Brandon out for dinner. We went to New York New York!

Brandon in Hospital
Brandon starting having a temperature on 4 April. He developed a cough and by Tuesday (6 April), he started to breathe like a sea lion when he sleeps. Daddy brought him to Mt Alvernia on 8 April (Thursday) and was admitted. He was attended by the same pediatrician who was taking care of him during his stay at the same hospital in 2008. Anyway, doctor said he had Croup.
Daddy stayed with Brandon during his 2-days stay in the hospital. Looking at these pictures, he looks perfectly well. Brandon spent most of his time watching TV :-(
