A Day at the Beach & Camp Out

We went to the East Coast Park today (Sept 2). It was a BIG day for Ashley - daddy & Ashley will be spending the night out.

Brandon didn't like walking on the beach without his sandels. Look at that face.

It started to rain cats and dogs at around 5:30pm or so. We almost couldn't camp out. Fortunately, the rain stopped after dinner. Everywhere was wet and daddy had to pitch the tent under a shelter.

Daddy brought a tin of sausages and we had a small BBQ. It took a long time to get the fire going. In the middle of our BBQ, Ashley needed to use the bathroom. Oh-uh... so, should we leave everything behind and run to the bathroom more than a 100 meters away...?? That was what we did. Fortuntaley, everything was still there when we came back to the shelter.
